What is personal information??

Personal Information means any information that can be used to identify a person, including but not limited to, a first and last name, age, gender, home address or other physical address, e-mail address or other contact information whether this relate to his private residence or workplace.

Which personal information do we collect and process?

As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

Tvilum.com, however, need certain personal information in order to trade with you and provide news and other services to you.

Tvilum.com collect and process information about you when you:

• Provide account information when creating or changing a user account with us in order to use certain services, for example when you sign up for the newsletter or apply for a job through the website. If you enter your resume, we keep it on Tvilums own database for six months - then it is automatically deleted
• Making a purchase (Tvilum is B2B only)
• Sends a query, claim or give us feedback, or
• in addition provide us with personal information via the website or elsewhere.

Tvilum only collects the needed personal information to deliver the service the user is asking for. (fx. E-mail address or private address)

Registration of personal information and information that can lead to a person is necessary in order to analyze how the visitors are using tvilum.com via Google Analytics.

Tvilum does not collect information that can lead to a person from third parties about our customers. Tvilum.com does not store information about means of payments fx.  payment cards numbers, bank account numbers or similar.

Who do we pass on information to?

Personal information provided at www.tvilum.com is only passed on to:

• the company’s internal departments,
• selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information to provide products or services that you ordered (fx ‘Teamvikaren’ if you have applied for a job in our production-arreas), and
• business partners in order to register and maintain your account (fx. Our IT department  and online developers)

Tvilum only pass on information to others, fx registers of misuse according to the Danish law, if the visitor/customer practice misuse or humbug to Tvilum.

In order to develop and improve Tvilum.com we collect statistics of how our visitors use our site. The statistics is only used accumulated, fx. to see what pages and browsers our visitors uses the most.

Tvilum.com is using Google Analytics to collect statistics of visitors and is therefore passing on IP addresses to Google.

Google is sometimes passing on information to third party where the law says so or when third party is solving a job for Google.  The Privacy Policy of Google Analytics is accepted when visiting Tvilum.com and you can read the full version  her.

Except from the cases listed above Tvilum does not pass on information about our visitors use of the services at Tvilum.com.

Where is your personal information kept?

Personal information is kept on servers in Denmark. Some personal information is administrated by third party that keep and handle personal information on behalf of Tvilum according to this privacy policy and the current Danish law for protection of personal data.

We only keep personal information for as long as necessary according to the purposes listed above.

Access to information

At any time you can change your account information and fields of interest including state if you wish to receive our newsletter and want us to contact you with special deals and services.

Cookies

In addition to the information you type on the website when you make a purchase, sign up for newsletter and other services Tvilum.com is using cookies. Cookies are digital packages of information that is kept on your hard disk. The used cookie do not identify the user, but the users equipment like pc, cellphone etc. A cookie is not a program and does not contain virus.

Cookies are used to improve the website’s service, fx. when using the shopping basket or when using a subscription service where the system is remembering your e-mail address when you as subscriber wishes to change something in your subscription. The use of cookies does not compromise the safety of using our website.

For any visit at the website, independent of the presence of cookies, Tvilum is collecting the visitors browser, operation system, host and web addresses at the visited pages. This data is used in an anonymous scheme for statistical analysis about the general use of this website.
